ABDECKUNGSBEREICH – V SHAPE is ideal for large events looking for a contemporary and stylish design. It can offer a floor space of 16m2 up to 36 m2. Available in a range of sizes and ops including zip-off reversible walls, opal awnings and branding that would meet your event requirements.

HANDHABUNG und EINRICHTUNG – V SHAPE is made of strong, but lightweight polyester fabric with legs. The tent requires no more than 2 people to set up and will take less than 15 minutes to assemble. The entire dome packs down into a provided carry bag that fits into any standard sized car, making it perfect for any tradeshow or event as it's light.

Das Druckverfahren - Vollfarbsublimasdruck (wir nennen ihn auch Thermotransferdruck)

Die Farbsublima bietet einen hochwertigen Druck Das ist ideal für vollständig angepasste Pop-up-Zelte und Überdachungen. Der größte Vorteil dieses Stils besteht darin, dass er einen hochauflösenden Druck mit ungiftiger Sublimastinte ermöglicht, die zu hellen, lebendigen Farben führt, die Ihrem Endprodukt ein phänomenales Aussehen verleihen. Das Textil muss jedoch aus Polyester in weißer Farbe bestehen, um ein ultimatives Druckergebnis zu gewährleisten.
Einer der Hauptgründe für die Verwendung von Digital Dye Sub ist, dass die Tinte direkt vom Textil aufgenommen wird. Es gibt keine verzögerte Zeit beim Trocknen der Tinte, war ideal für eine schnellere Produk von Artikeln ist.
Alles über die Tinten: Dye Sublima Ink – A water-based ink that made up of solid color dye particles that are grounded into a powder which is later turned into a liquid. Sublima inks do not produce as many toxins as regular solvent inks, however they are relatively higher in price. Since sublima inks are transparent, they are limited to only white or light colored materials. They react well to polyesters; however they do not work well on pure cotton or non-porous surfaces.
Prozess: To help you understand this process better, let’s begin by clarifying what Sublima really is! Sublima refers to the transi from a solid state into a gaseous state without going through a liquid phate.
